Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Acting Rector of UkrSURT. Specializes in automation of technological processes in railway transport, rolling stock tracking, and train movement control.

Defended his doctoral thesis on adaptive control of motion parameters of rail vehicles. Author of over 250 scientific works, including 9 monographs, 11 textbooks, and 56 patents. Supervises research of postgraduate and doctoral students.

Academician of the Transport Academy of Ukraine and the International Academy of Life Safety. Recipient of the Certificate of Honor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, distinctions from the Ministry of Education and Science and Ukrzaliznytsia, and the “Honored Transport Worker of Ukraine” badge.
