A mechanical engineer by education, he graduated from Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University with a major in “Lifting, Construction, Road and Reclamation Machines and Equipment,” and from the University of Economics and Law specializing in “Quality, Standardization, and Certification.”

Founder of ten companies in engineering, energy auditing, testing, design, and industrial and technological safety. He built an efficient model of team interaction that enables turnkey projects — from design and expertise to full business support during implementation, licensing, and international expansion. Under his leadership, the ALGORITHM team has delivered hundreds of projects in engineering, energy auditing, occupational safety, certification, and environmental protection.
