Has over 25 years of experience in assessing the technical condition of bridges, conducting structural diagnostics, performing instrumental tests, and implementing innovative solutions in bridge engineering.

Leads research in the reconstruction and certification of bridges and engineering structures in the transport sector. Author of over 70 scientific papers, three patents, and seven books on computer-aided design. Teaches courses in structural mechanics, dynamics, and reliability of structures.
