Mechanical engineer; graduated from Zaporizhzhia Machine-Building Institute named after V. Ya. Chubar (Automobiles and Tractors). In certification since 1985 and in management systems certification since 2018. Certified ISO 9001:2015 auditor and expert in certification of pressure equipment under technical regulations.

Auditor of quality management systems, auditor for QMS evaluation under technical regulations, and product conformity auditor under technical regulations. Heads the product certification body at PROMTEST and is a full member of the Lift and Transport Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
