Graduated from the Higher Engineering Fire-Technical School of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs in 1985 (Fire Engineering and Safety). PhD in Technical Sciences since 1992; awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in 1997.

Specializes in assessing facilities and design documentation for compliance with fire and technogenic safety regulations. Expert in inspections of newly built and reconstructed industrial sites, buildings, and structures. Leads a team that supports assets from design through commissioning.
