Responsible for developing and implementing a unified strategy, managing cross-team interaction, and coordinating communications at all project levels. Oversees operations, facilitates internal and external meetings, and ensures task delivery per approved plans. Experienced in managing complex cross-organizational initiatives, including the launch of the Science Park.
