Graduated from Kharkiv National University of Municipal Economy in “Enterprise Economics in Urban Management.” Since 2000, has worked in occupational and industrial safety. Heads the inspection division at PROMTEST and oversees workplace safety assessments at industrial facilities.

Certified technical expert in industrial safety and auditor of occupational health and safety management systems under ISO 45001. Also certified to audit under technical regulations for liquid and gas-fuel devices. Conducts technical inspection and expert examination of pressure equipment and performs audits at explosion- and fire-hazard, chemical, and petrochemical enterprises.
