The Science Park “Algorithm of Innovations” has supported the state initiative Science City, developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

The goal of the project is to transform science parks into modern innovation centers that will become hubs for cooperation between science, business, and the state. The initiative is part of the WINWIN 2030 Digital Innovation Development Strategy, which aims to integrate education, research, and entrepreneurship.

What will Science City change?

• tax and customs benefits for innovative projects;
• preferential conditions for integration into the Diia.City legal framework;
• access to university infrastructure (laboratories, equipment, campuses);
• digitalization of all processes — from reporting to procurement;
• transparent rules for partnerships between universities, research institutions, and businesses.

Why this is important for the “Algorithm of Innovations” Science Park:

Science City is not only about simplified procedures or incentives — it is primarily about shaping a new culture of innovation, where science is quickly transformed into practical solutions for the economy and the country’s reconstruction.
