National model of the country’s industrial development: organizational and managerial aspect

The low effectiveness of economic policy and the inefficient growth model of Ukraine’s industrial sector have led to a reduction in production capacities, an increase in bankruptcies, and a decline in employment in strategic industries. This resulted in deindustrialization and the displacement of domestic producers from the markets.

The author examines the causes and indicators of deindustrialization:

  • decline in manufacturing output;
  • high wear of fixed assets;
  • decrease in industrial investment;
  • loss of competitive positions in global market

At the same time, Ukraine possesses significant natural resource potential. Its effective use can provide a stable resource foundation for industrial recovery. The proposed solution is the creation and development of a national system of industrial parks. This approach has proven effective in economically advanced countries.

The restoration of Ukraine’s industrial sector is possible under the following conditions:

  • implementation of an innovation-investment development model;
  • support for entrepreneurial activity in strategic industries;
  • development of industrial parks as key elements of the innovation infrastructure.
